Follow Friday(4)



 
Follow Friday is a weekly event hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read.
 
This week's Question is:

 Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?

There are about a million books that could fit into this question. It is so hard to pick JUST ONE. So I am going to pick TWO. lol.
 
Here are the Two books from this year that I think EVERYONE should read and I would give to EVERYONE if I could. =]

Across the Universe (Across the Universe, #1)
 
 
I think both of these books are uttterly amazing, imaginative and totally unique. EVERYONE should read them. =]

  8. I promised a couple of fellow book bloggers I wouldn’t “machine gun” my Follow Friday posts on the blogs I visit but this week’s Follow Friday has inspired me to make an important exception.

    The book I think everyone should read is a work of non-fiction called The Four Hour Workweek. The thing is, the book is very well written and entertaining so it reads like a work of fiction. What the book can do to enhance your life and change the way you live day by day seems unbelievable on its face which might mark it a legitimate work of fiction for the skeptics out there.

    If you read this work of non-fiction and really follow the advice it gives and apply the insights you’ll gain, your life will read like a modern tale fairytale.

    I LOVE your choices!!! Although I haven't read either of these books yet ("so many books, so little time"), I do own them, and will eventually get to them. They've been featured on a LOT of blogs, and most of the reviews, from what I've seen, are very positive. So, hey, GREAT picks!!!

    I'm going to include these books in the "2012 TBR Pile Reading Challenge"! Maybe that'll help...Lol.

  20. Divergent is definitely an everyone-must-read type of book. I haven't finished Across the Universe yet, but I keep hearing great reviews. I'll have to start up again soon (I put it down for a while but started reading it because I'd heard it had the best 1st chapter around).
