Top Ten Tuesday: Most Anticipated Books of 2013

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because they are particularly fond of lists at The Broke and the Bookish. They love to share lists.

Top Ten Most Anticipated Books of 2013:
(Click the pictures for the links to Goodreads)

The Archived (The Archived, #1)
Imagine a place where the dead rest on shelves like books.
Each body has a story to tell, a life seen in pictures that only Librarians can read. The dead are called Histories, and the vast realm in which they rest is the Archive.
Who wouldn't want to read this book. =]

Shades of Earth (Across the Universe, #3)
Amy and Elder have finally left the oppressive walls of the spaceship Godspeed behind. They're ready to start life afresh--to build a home--on Centauri-Earth, the planet that Amy has traveled 25 trillion miles across the universe to experience.
I really can't wait for this conclusion to this amazing series about space, lies and mystery. =]

Scarlet (Lunar Chronicles, #2)
Cinder returns in the second thrilling installment of the New York Times-bestselling Lunar Chronicles. She’s trying to break out of prison—even though if she succeeds, she’ll be the Commonwealth’s most wanted fugitive.
I can not wait for the 2nd book in this amazing fairytale retelling series. I really can't wait to see what happens. =]

Dualed (Dualed, #1)
You or your Alt? Only one will survive.
The city of Kersh is a safe haven, but the price of safety is high. Everyone has a genetic Alternate—a twin raised by another family—and citizens must prove their worth by eliminating their Alts before their twentieth birthday. Survival means advanced schooling, a good job, marriage—life.
Can't wait for this amazing read. =]

Fuse (Pure, #2)
When the world ended, those who dwelled within the Dome were safe
. Inside their glass world the Pures live on unscarred, while those outside—the Wretches—struggle to survive amidst the smoke and ash.
This sequel to the post apocalyptic Pure is one that I totally can't wait to get my hands on. =]

Level 2 (The Memory Chronicles, #1)
In this gripping exploration of a futuristic afterlife, a teen discovers that death is just the beginning.
Since her untimely death the day before her eighteenth birthday, Felicia Ward has been trapped in Level 2, a stark white afterlife located between our world and the next. Along with her fellow drones, Felicia passes the endless hours reliving memories of her time on Earth and mourning what she’s lost—family, friends, and Neil, the boy she loved.
A very creepy afterlife sounds like an awesome presmise for a book. Can't wait. =]
